These posts have recessed sections with 2 holes in each recess to allow easy & secure fixing of fencing rails such as cant rail.
The 4ft 11in & 5ft 9in posts have 2 recesses, all other sizes have 3 recesses.
Always install with 2ft in the ground. E.g. For a 6ft fence, you will need to use 8ft posts.
