By completing the application form to join the Earlswood Privilege Club, you are confirming you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions.
PRIVILEGE CARD TRADING TERMS & CONDITIONS
All Privilege Club members qualify for a 5% discount on all purchases at Earlswood Garden & Landscape Centre, excluding deals, special offers, promotions, clearance products, installation services or delivery charges offered by Earlswood Nurseries Ltd.

Your Privilege Card must be shown before you place your order to enable the discount to be added.
Privilege Cards are not transferable and only the registered card holder or their spouse may use the card.
We reserve the right to ask for proof of identity.
Your special terms will be applied to the order/purchase and shown on the invoice.
Full payment is due at the time of order or purchase.
Orders or purchases may be arranged and paid online using our website, by phone or in store 7 days-a-week..
All goods remain the property of Earlswood Nurseries Ltd. until full payment is received
You may pay by cash (in store only) or credit/debit card.
We do not offer a cash on delivery option.
Replacement cards will be charged at £5 per card.
We reserve the right to revise these Terms & Conditions without notice.
You are opting in under the terms of the data protection act 1998 thus allowing Earlswood Nurseries Ltd. to hold your information and use it to develop business between us. Your information will be stored securely and may be used to forward marketing information to you with respect to Earlswood Nurseries Ltd and our site partners only. We will not share, loan or sell your information to any other organisation. You may opt-out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us in writing or via the unsubscribe link contained within our marketing communications. You may opt-out of the Privilege Club and have all personal data removed at any time by contacting us in writing. Please allow up to 14 days from the date receipt for this to be completed.
