Delivery & Shipping Policy

We want delivery to feel straightforward, helpful and well organised from start to finish.

Below you’ll find our delivery terms for Earlswood, written to be clear, practical and fair for everyone.

Delivery Areas

Delivery Charges

All deliveries within the areas listed above fall into one of the following delivery cost categories:

Delivery Cost A: £25 for normal delivery

Delivery Cost B: £40 for large items and/or crane delivery

The correct delivery type will depend on the size, weight and handling requirements of your order. Where needed, we may confirm the most suitable delivery option with you before dispatch.

Delivery Timescales

We aim to have your order delivered within 7 days of your order being confirmed.

During particularly busy periods, including peak gardening season, bank holidays, promotional events or periods of exceptional demand, delivery may take a little longer. If this happens, we will keep you informed and may also place a notice on our website to make expected lead times clear.

Preparing for Delivery

Please make sure there is safe and suitable access for our vehicle and driver before your delivery takes place.

It is your responsibility to let our team know in advance about anything that may affect access or unloading, including:

  • Narrow lanes or driveways
  • Weight restrictions
  • Low branches
  • Gates, pillars or tight turning areas
  • Sloped ground or uneven surfaces
  • Restricted access times
  • Any other obstacle that could affect delivery


If we are not told about access issues in advance, this may delay delivery or mean we are unable to place the order exactly where you would like it.

Curbside Delivery

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all deliveries are made curbside.

This means our driver will deliver your order to the nearest safe and reasonable unloading point at the delivery address. We will always do what we can to be helpful, but any placement beyond curbside delivery is entirely at the driver’s discretion and will depend on access, safety, time, vehicle limitations and the nature of the goods being delivered.

We cannot guarantee that items will be moved into gardens, over walls, through side passages, onto driveways, or into any specific final position on your property.

If You Are Not Home

If you are not going to be available at the time of delivery, please let us know clearly in advance where you would like the order to be left.

We will do our best to follow any reasonable delivery instructions provided. However, if no one is available and we are unable to contact you, we may leave the order in a place we believe is safe and suitable.

Please note that this location may not always be the exact place you would have chosen yourself.

Failed or Delayed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • access is unsuitable,
  • the delivery location is unsafe,
  • no appropriate unloading point is available, or
  • important access information was not provided in advance,


We may need to rearrange delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply where a second delivery attempt is required.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, traffic disruption, vehicle breakdown, supplier delays or other unforeseen events.

Delivery of Large or Heavy Items

Some items, including larger trees, specimen plants, stone, paving, fencing or other heavy products, may require specialist handling or crane delivery.

Where crane delivery is needed, the £40 crane delivery charge will apply. It is your responsibility to ensure there is sufficient access and space for this type of vehicle and unloading method.
