Gift Voucher Terms
- Gift vouchers are currently issued in digital format only
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable
- Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash
- Gift vouchers must be used against eligible Earlswood purchases
- If the order value is greater than the voucher amount, the balance must be paid separately
- If the order value is less than the voucher amount, any remaining balance will be applied in line with our voucher system
- Please keep voucher details safe, as lost or deleted vouchers may not always be replaceable
- We reserve the right to amend gift voucher terms where necessary
