Q. How is payment made and are my details secure?

A. All online payments are processed by WorldPay, meaning your details are as secure as they could possibly be.

Our site uses state-of-the-art encryption and supports internationally recognised security checks including:
- Card Verification Value (CV2)
- Address Verification Service (AVS)
- Cardholder Authentication (Verified by VISA and MasterCard Securecode).

Q. Do you deliver and what is the cost?

A.
Yes, we offer home delivery for all our goods, covering the West Midlands area.
We have a fleet of delivery vehicles including crane-off lorries, large tipper trucks, smaller transit tippers & flat bed vehicles to deliver your goods to your home quickly and efficiently.

Our standard delivery lead time is usually no longer than 2-3 days and in many cases, is next day for local areas.

OUTSIDE THE MIDLANDS?
If you require a delivery outside of our standard delivery zones, this can be arranged for most goods using a pallet courier network.
Unfortunately, this service is not currently available via our website (we are working on it). Please call us on 01564 702314 for further details and to get a quotation.

Q. Will you price match if I find the same product cheaper elsewhere?

Yes!
We are confident that our prices are the most competitive around and offer best value for money but if you do happen to find the same product cheaper elsewhere, we will price match with a smile!

Q. What are your opening times?

A.
We are OPEN 7 DAYS a week including Bank Holidays.
(Except: Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Year's Day)

Monday - Friday   07:30 - 17:30 (17:00 between 1st November - 28th February)
Saturday    08:00 - 17:00
Sunday      10:00 - 16:00
BANK HOLIDAYS 07:30 - 17:30

Q. How do I get to Earlswood Garden & Landscape Centre?

A.
Our postcode is B94 5JU but visiting Earlswood GLC is very easy. Click here for an interactive map, where you can see our location and get directions.
We're next door to Earlswood Train Station, just 2 minutes from junction 3 of the M42 (signposted) and only 10-15 minutes drive from Solihull town centre.

Q. What area will a Bulk Bag cover?

A.
Our bulk bags contain approximately 0.5cu.m of product, which will cover approximately 10sq.m at 50mm deep, (Approximately 2").
We also offer some products in loose tips. Each loose 'scoop' provides the same volume as a bulk bag.

To ensure you know how much product you're getting, we sell bulk products by volume, not by weight.
This is because many products are much heavier when wet (such as topsoil) and other products (such as bark) can be very light.


We're happy to help you work out how much you need. Give us a call with your measurements if you're unsure about how many bags you need.

Q. What time will my delivery will arrive?

A.
Although we can guarantee a date for delivery, we are unable to provide you with a delivery time.
Our delivery service runs from 8am - 5pm and you do not need to be present to accept delivery. You may leave instructions for where the goods are to be placed or if no instructions are provided, we will leave your goods in the most suitable place available. Please note we offer a kerbside delivery service and therefore, can only deliver goods within easy reach of the roadside.

We strongly advise you have the delivery booked for the day before you need the materials to avoid any delays with your work.

Please do not call to request a delivery time on your date of delivery as we are unable to provide a guaranteed time window.

Q. Do you sell turf?

A.
Yes, we sell premium quality Sterling Turf grown locally from seed.

We have a fresh delivery of turf every day, Monday to Friday but we strongly advise you to pre-order your turf to avoid disappointment.
Our supplier is a member of the Turfgrass Producers International and the Turfgrass Growers Association so you can rest assured our turf is the very best available.
