Do you offer Trade discount?

Yes! We have a very large trade customer base and have become one of the key suppliers for many professional landscapers, garden designers & many other tradespeople in and around the Midlands.
Simply pop in store with some proof of your trade status, (business card, letter head, sign written vehicle etc) for a FREE trade PAYG account and start saving today.

How is payment made and are my details secure?

All online payments are processed by Opayo (previously Sage Pay), which is one of the UK's most trusted payment providers meaning your details are as secure as they could possibly be.

Our site uses state-of-the-art encryption and supports internationally recognised security checks including:

Do you deliver and what is the cost?

Yes! We offer a nationwide home delivery for most items, using a variety of services.

PRODUCTS STOCKED AT OUR CENTRE

WEST MIDLANDS & WARWICKSHIRE
We have a fleet of delivery vehicles including crane-off lorries, large tipper trucks, smaller transit tippers & flat bed vehicles to deliver your goods to your home quickly and efficiently.

ALL OTHER AREAS
There are two options available for deliveries outside the West Midlands and Warwickshire areas:
1. Pallet Courier - Used for bulk items, such as bulk bags and patio packs.
2. Parcel Courier - Used for small shop items, such as boxes of grass seed.

Rates for each service vary depending on the delivery location and the products being ordered. Please add your items to the shopping cart and use the estimate delivery tool to find out your delivery charge before committing to purchase.

DROPSHIP PRODUCTS

Dropship products are delivered direct to you by the supplier at no additional cost and cover most parts of Mainland UK. Products include select Earlstone paving packs, arbours, benches and more.
Dropship products are clearly marked to include home delivery and the current lead times are shown on each individual product.

Due to carrier size restrictions, some products are not available for nationwide delivery via our website, but we may still be able to assist you with a bespoke delivery quote. Contact us for more information.

What time will my delivery will arrive?

FOR DELIVERIES TO WEST MIDLANDS AND WARWICKSHIRE USING OUR OWN VEHICLES
We can only guarantee a date for delivery and are unable to confirm a delivery time.
Our delivery service runs from 7:30am - 5:30pm and you do not need to be present to accept delivery. You may leave instructions for where the goods are to be placed or if no instructions are provided, we will leave your goods in the most suitable place available. Please note we offer a kerbside-only delivery service and therefore, can only deliver goods to the kerbside or within reach of our crane, (approximately 10' from the kerb).

We strongly advise you have the delivery booked for the day before you need the materials to avoid any delays with your work.

FOR ALL OTHER AREAS AND DROPSHIP PRODUCTS
You will be provided with a delivery date, but we are unable to confirm a delivery time.
Courier deliveries operate between 7:00am - 8:00pm and you will need to be present to check and accept your delivery.

Please do not call to request a delivery time on the date of delivery as we are unable to provide a guaranteed time window.

Will you price match if I find the same product cheaper elsewhere?

Yes! We are confident that our prices are the most competitive around and offer you best value for money, but if you do happen to find the same product cheaper elsewhere, we will price match with a smile!

What are your opening times?

We are OPEN 7 DAYS a week including Bank Holidays.
(Except: New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, & Select Days During Christmas)

Please Note:
The entrance gates may be closed approximately 15 minutes before the advertised closing time, depending on how busy the centre is, to allow us to serve the customers already in store.
As part of our general health & safety measures the entrance gates may be closed temporarily during peak times to control the number of customers at the centre. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

How do I get to Earlswood Garden & Landscape Centre?

Our postcode is B94 5JU and visiting Earlswood GLC is very easy. Click here for an interactive map, where you can see our location and get directions.
We're next door to Earlswood Train Station, just 2 minutes from junction 3 of the M42 (signposted) and approximately 15 minutes drive from Solihull town centre.

What area will a Bulk Bag cover?

All Earlswood bulk bags contain approximately 0.6cu.m of product, which will cover approximately 12sq.m at 50mm deep, (Approximately 2").
All other bulk bags contain approximately 0.5cu.m of product, which will cover approximately 10sq.m at 50mm deep, (Approximately 2").
We advise to check the specific product page for further details.
We also offer some products in loose loads. Each loose 'scoop' provides the same volume as a bulk bag.

To ensure you know how much product you're getting, we sell bulk products by volume, not by weight.
This is because many products are much heavier when wet (such as topsoil) and other products (such as bark) can be very light.

We're happy to help you work out how much you need. Give us a call with your measurements if you're unsure about how many bags you need.

Do you sell turf?

Yes, we sell premium quality cultivated turf grown locally from seed.

We have a fresh delivery of turf every day, Monday to Friday but strongly advise you to pre-order your turf to avoid disappointment.
We sell a range of top Soils too so take a look and order online or call us on 01564 702314 if you need assistance.

Am I able to bring my dog to the centre?

Yes, we welcome dogs into the garden centre.

We allow dogs throughout the centre including the café patio area. Fresh drinking water is supplied at the front of the store. We also advise that keep your dog on a lead at all times and bring poop bags with you to help keep our centre tidy.
