 Q. Are you open during the COVID-19 restrictions?

A. YES. Our centre is open to the public (restrictions and guidelines apply). For further details, please visit: EARLSWOOD COVID-19 UPDATE


Q. What are your opening times? 

A. Our current opening hours are as follows:

Monday: 07:30 - 16:30
Tuesday: 07:30 - 16:30
Wednesday: 07:30 - 16:30
Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30
Friday: 07:30 - 16:30
Saturday: 07:30 - 15:30
Sunday: 10:00 - 16:00
Entrance gates will close approximately 30 minutes before the advertised close time

Please note: We have to limit the number of customers at the centre so you may not be able to enter during peak times and our opening hours may change without prior notification.


 Q. Can I collect my order?

A. Although we are not offering a click & collect service at the moment, you can visit the centre to purchase and collect your goods.


 Q. Do your prices include VAT?

A. YES, all prices shown include VAT at the current rate, unless clearly stated otherwise.


Q. How is payment made and are my details secure?

A. All online payments are processed by WorldPay, meaning your details are as secure as they could possibly be.

Our site uses state-of-the-art encryption and supports internationally recognised security checks including:
- Card Verification Value (CV2)
- Address Verification Service (AVS)
- Cardholder Authentication (Verified by VISA and MasterCard Securecode).

In plain English, this means your details are safe & secure when buying from Earlswood GLC.


Q. Do you deliver and what is the cost?

A. Yes, we currently offer home delivery for all local orders.

Q. Will you price match if I find the same product cheaper elsewhere?

A. Yes!
We are confident that our prices are the most competitive around and offer best value for money but if you do happen to find the same product cheaper elsewhere, we will price match with a smile!<


Q. How do I get to Earlswood Garden & Landscape Centre?

A. You cannot visit our centre at the moment. We are closed to the public.


Q. What area will a Bulk Bag cover?

A. Our bulk bags contain approximately 0.5cu.m of product, which will cover approximately 10sq.m at 50mm deep, (Approximately 2").
We also offer some products in loose tips. Each loose 'scoop' provides the same volume as a bulk bag.

To ensure you know how much product you're getting, we sell bulk products by volume, not by weight.
This is because many products are much heavier when wet (such as topsoil) and other products (such as bark) can be very light.

We're happy to help you work out how much you need. Give us a call with your measurements if you're unsure about how many bags you need.


Q. I have been signed up for your newsletter but don't remember agreeing to this?

A. Our newsletters only contain details of interesting news, special offers and exclusive deals related to Earlswood Garden & Landscape Centre and our on-site partners.

Q. What time will my delivery will arrive?

A. Although we will provide you with a date for delivery, we are unable to provide you with a delivery time.

Q. Do you sell turf?

A. Yes, we sell premium quality Sterling Turf grown locally from seed.

Due to current restrictions, we are only receiving turf on a weekly basis. Please place your order online and we will contact you to confirm your delivery date.
Our supplier is a member of the Turfgrass Producers International and the Turfgrass Growers Association so you can rest assured our turf is the very best available.
