EASY Algae Remove & Seal is a pro-grade algae, mould and lichen killer, specially designed to cleanse the surface of contamination and leave a durable seal to prevent moisture ingress and contaminants returning. This easy to use formula can be used on paths, patios, decking, walls, roofs and is ideal for use on garden furniture. Active ingredients work on the surface to clean, kill and seal in one simple step.

Application
Shake well before use.
Do not pour the product directly on to the surface.
Keep away from shrubs, plants, grass and other vegetation.
Always test a small hidden portion of the substrate before use, to ensure the final result is satisfactory and to calculate consumption.
The surface should be free of debris, heavy growth and dry.
Do not apply in damp/wet conditions or if rain is expected within 24 hours of application.
Keep pets away until surface is fully dry.
Clean tools and other equipment with warm soapy water immediately after use.

1. Apply generous, even coat.
2. Ensure saturation of contaminants and substrate.
3. Apply a second coat before the first coat dries (within 20 minutes)
4. Leave the product to do the work.

A visible difference will be seen within 24 hours and the product will continue to gently clean in the weeks to come. During this time, beading and protection will develop. It will continue to work effectively for up to 24 months.
