A. YES, all prices shown include VAT at the current rate, unless clearly stated otherwise.

Q. How is payment made and are my details secure?

A. All online payments are processed by WorldPay, which is operated by Royal Bank of Scotland meaning your details are as secure as they could possibly be.

Our site uses state-of-the-art encryption and supports internationally recognised security checks including:
- Card Verification Value (CV2)
- Address Verification Service (AVS)
- Cardholder Authentication (Verified by VISA and MasterCard Securecode).

In plain English, this means your details are safe & secure with EGLC.

Q. Do you Deliver and what is the cost?

A.
Yes, we offer home delivery for all our goods, covering the West Midlands area.
We have a fleet of delivery vehicles including crane-off lorries, large tipper trucks, smaller transit tippers & flat bed vehicles to deliver your goods to your home quickly and efficiently.

If you require a delivery outside of our standard delivery zones, this can be arranged for most goods using a pallet courier network.
Unfortunately, this service is not currently available via our website. Please call us on 01564 702314 for further details and a quotation.

Our standard delivery lead time is usually no longer than 2-3 days and in many cases, is next day for local areas.

Yes!
We are confident that our prices are the mose competitive around and offer best value for money but if you do happen to find the same product cheaper elsewhere, we will price match with a smile!

Q. What are your opening times?

A.
We are OPEN 7 DAYS a week including Bank Holidays.
(Except: Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Year's Day)

Monday - Friday   07:30 - 17:30 (17:00 between 1st November - 28th February)
Saturday    08:00 - 17:00
Sunday      10:00 - 16:00
BANK HOLIDAYS 07:30 - 17:30

Q. How do I get to Earlswood Garden & Landscape Centre?

A.
Our postcode is B94 5JU but visiting EGLC is very easy. Click here for an interactive map, where you can see our location and get directions.
We're next door to Earlswood Train Station, just 2 minutes from junction 3 of the M42 (signposted) and only 10-15 minutes drive from Solihull town centre.

You are welcome to call us for directions on 01564 702314 if you're unsure.
Below are directions from frequent locations.

FROM SHIRLEY/HALL GREENJoin Haslucks Green Road and continue straight for as far as you can go, (pass Shirley train station > Drawbridge pub > Whitlocks End train station > Tidbury green).
You will eventually come to a T-juntion with signs showing the way. Turn right and we are about 500 yards ahead on the left hand side.

FROM REDDITCH / STUDLEY / ALCESTER
Join the A435 heading towards Birmingham. Continue until you reach the M42 motorway roundabout > take 3rd exit and continue straight, following the signs from the roundabout for 1 mile.
The centre will be on the right hand side.

FROM SOLIHULL TOWN CENTRE
Make your way onto the M42 motorway and head southbound to junction 3. Take the 4th exit off the motorway roundabout and continue straight, following the signs from the roundabout for 1 mile.
The centre will be on the right hand side.

Alternatively, follow Blossomfield Road out of Solihull > continue onto Marshall Lake Road > continue onto Blackford Road > take 2nd exit off the roundabout onto Tanworth Lane > take 2nd exit off roundabout by Miller & Carter restaurant onto Dickens Heath Road > continue through Dickens Heath Village onto Rumbush Lane > continue straight until you reach the centre. The centre will be on the left.

FROM BIRMINGHAM CITY
Join the A435 and pass through Moseley and Kinds Heath. Continue on the A435 until you reach the M42 motorway roundabout - take the 1st exit and continue straight, following the signs from the roundabout for 1 mile.
The centre will be on the right hand side.

Q. What area will a Bulk Bag cover?

A.
Our bulk bags contain approximately 0.5cu.m of product, which will cover approximately 10sq.m at 50mm deep, (Approximately 2").

Bulk Bags are often referred to as "tonne bags" or "jumbo sacks" by some other retailers.
Please bear in mind that we do not sell by weight because many products are much heavier when wet so we pack & sell by volume to ensure you know how much you're getting.

Give us a call if you are unsure about how many bags you need.

Q. I have been signed up for your newsletter but don't remember agreeing to this?

A.
Our newsletters only contain details of interesting news, special offers and exclusive deals related to Earlswood Garden & Landscape Centre.

When you place an order online with EGLC or join our Privilege Club, you are added to our mailing list.
If you do not wish to receive these emails, there is an unsubscribe button placed at the bottom of every piece of correspondence we send out, which automatically removes you from our database.

Alternatively, you may call or email us to request we do not send any mailings to you and we will remove you from the list within 3 working days.
We
have a strict policy relating to data handling that adheres to the Data Protection Act 1998 and promise not to share, sell, loan or swap your information with anyone else.

Q. What time will my delivery will arrive?

A.
Although we can guarantee a date for delivery, we are unable to provide you with a delivery time.
Our delivery service runs from 8am - 5pm and you do not need to be present to accept delivery. You may leave instructions for where the goods are to be placed or if no instructions are provided, we will leave your goods in the most suitable place available. Please note we offer a kerbside delivery service and therefore, can only deliver goods within easy reach of the roadside.

We strongly advise you have the delivery booked for the day before you need the materials to avoid any delays with your work.

Please do not call to request a delivery time on your date of delivery as we are unable to provide a guaranteed time window.

Q. Do you sell turf?

A.
Yes, we sell premium quality Sterling Turf grown locally from seed.

We have a fresh delivery of turf every day, Monday to Friday but we strongly advise you to pre-order your turf to avoid disappointment.
Our supplier is a member of the Turfgrass Producers International and the Turfgrass Growers Association so you can rest assured our turf is the very best available.
