Unfortunately, we are not currently accepting new orders via our website. 
Please note we are experiencing an extremely high number of phone calls so you may not be able to get through when calling. The centre is open to the public (restrictions apply) so you can visit to purchase your items or place an order for delivery in store.

B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B6, B7, B8,B9, B10, B11, B12, B13, B14, B15, B16, B17, B18, B19, B25, B26, B27, B28, B29, B30, B31, B32, B38, B45, B47, B48, B49, B60, B62, B66, B67 (zone 5 only), B80, B90, B91, B92, B93, B94, B95, B96, B97, B98, CV8 (zone 1 only), CV35 (zones 7 & 8 only) and CV37.
If your postcode is not listed, we may still be able to deliver via pallet courier, (see NATIONAL DELIVERIES below).

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges start from £10 for small and light orders, such as a few bags of compost and a box of grass seed. Click here for full details of our current delivery charges.

DELIVERING YOUR GOODS

We have a fleet of vehicles ranging from small Caddy vans to large 26 tonne HGV trucks with crane-off facilities to help complete your delivery in the most economical way.
All deliveries are completed on a kerbside only basis, meaning your goods will be delivered to an area at the front of your property which the vehicle can reach from the public highway. Most deliveries can be made onto a driveway, if requested, and small easily handled products may be placed onto the front of your property however, the delivery driver is ultimately responsible for where they can sensibly offload.
If, at your request, a vehicle delivers to any place situated off the public highway, you are to be solely responsible for and shall indemnify us fully against any damage or accident, howsoever caused. The drivers' decision is final when deciding what is a safe unload and/or delivery location.

Before placing your order, please consider the following questions to help determine if there will be any delivery issues.
• Do the roadways leading to your property have any weight or height limitations?
• Are the roadways leading to the property narrow and potentially not wide enough to accept our delivery vehicles?
• Is the road outside your property blocked by parked vehicles?
• Are there any low bridges or low hanging trees or cables near the front of your property?
• Is there a time restriction for stopping or waiting outside your property?
• Are there any problems with a kerbside only delivery?
If you answer yes to any of the above, please inform us when ordering and we will try our best to accomodate your needs.

Important Notice: In the event of any goods being delivered and deposited whether, on the public highway or elsewhere, the customer shall be responsible for compliance with all laws, bye laws and regulations and for all steps which need to be taken for the protection of persons or property in relation to such goods and shall indemnify us in respect of all or any costs, claims, losses or expenses which we may incur as a result of such a delivery. In particular the customer shall be responsible for complying with the Highways Act 1959 and 1971 and shall ensure that any goods left on the public highway are properly lighted with warning lights.

NATIONAL DELIVERIES (Mainland UK)

Many goods, such as paving and decorative aggregates can be delivered to mainland UK addresses via the use of a pallet courier. This service is completed using a truck with tail lift and pallet truck on a kerbside-only basis and must be signed for at the time of delivery.
The cost of using the pallet courier service varies depending on the size, weight & delivery location of your order; please contact us on 01564 702314 for a delivery quote.

Please Note: Pallet deliveries can only be made to a flat, firm and level area, (usually a driveway or footpath) and it's your responsibility to ensure the delivery can be completed. You will be liable for all charges due to failed delivery so please contact us if you are at all unsure and we will do our best to help.

DELIVERY DATE & TIME

We operate an all-day, kerbside delivery service between 7:30am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
We will contact you to confirm your delivery date once your order has been scheduled. Please note our current lead times are longer than usual and may be up to approximately 1 month from the time of order.
Collection is the best option, where possible and can be completed the same day in most cases, (for stock items).

DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY DELIVERY?

No, you do not need to be present to accept delivery and we ask that you do not approach the delivery driver.
Please stay inside your property until the delivery is completed.
Our driver will leave your goods in the most suitable place available but if you have particular delivery instructions or if your address is difficult to find, please include instructions at the checkout.

INSPECTION OF GOODS

You must inspect the goods immediately upon their arrival at the destination they are despatched to under the contact and check:
A. Whether the goods have been damaged in transit.
B. That the goods are those ordered and in the quantity specified in your order or stated on our delivery note.

Any issues must be notified to us in writing within 24 hours of receipt of our delivery note. No claim in respect of non-delivery or damage in transit will be considered by us unless you comply with the provisions of these conditions.


Delivery Terms & Conditions
The goods shall be delivered to you at the address specified in the contract or as subsequently agreed between us.
We are entitled to make delivery of your goods by installments.
We are not bound by any delivery date or time put forward by you at any time and any delivery date or time stated by us at any time whether prior to or during the contract and whether in writing or otherwise is an estimate only and shall not be binding. Time of delivery shall not be of the essence.
If we deliver to you or to a place agreed by you, you must ensure that all approach roads and access points are suitable. If you do not do so you must reimburse us for any charges, costs or expenses we incur as a result. We will not be liable for any costs incurred by you in the event of a delivery being made outside of any guideline date or time given to you at any time. All goods remain the property of Earlswood Nurseries Ltd until full payment is received.
